Best plumbing experience of my life. Jessica, who I talked to when I made the appointment to have a toilet wax seal replaced, was very friendly and professional. The service was able to be scheduled for the next morning. Having had a recent bad experience with another plumber, I was especially pleased that they explained what their hourly rate was and how it was applied. So impressed with Legacy Plumbing Company. When water was leaking into my laundry room from the water heater located in my attic, this group was my second call. After my experience with them today, they’ll be my first call from now on. A friendly, competent actual human being picked up my call, took my information and assured me that a technician would be out to my home the same day, gave me a reasonable window to expect them and let me know that there would be a call ahead of time. When Willie showed up, he was masked and showed great care and respect for my home. He was efficient, kind and took the time to explain the situation to me. Upon delivering the tough news that I did, in fact, need a new water heater, he was able to get me an estimate for a new one and a next day appointment for installation in one phone call. I can’t say enough good things about Legacy and will definitely call them again!

I’ve called on Legacy Plumbing on two separate occasions and I’ve been very pleased. They charge by the hour which made me a little nervous. However, after obtaining two other quotes to install a kitchen faucet, they were the most economical. They are knowledgeable, respectful, and economical. I honestly can’t say enough kind things about them.

Legacy Plumbing has outstanding customer service and competitive pricing along with warranties on service. First of all we secured 4 estimates from different local plumbers to replace our 40 gallon home water heater. Legacy was the 2nd most affordable quote. The business with the best quote did not offer the same warranties.
What made us choose Legacy in the first place is that they took the time to read my email and carefully address every question or concern we had whereas the other 3 companies did not come close to doing.
Colton and Steve installed our heater. Colton interacted with me the most and he was extremely kind and professional. He answered all questions, demonstrated some things and answered competently and patiently.
The final price was actually a bit under what was quoted and after install, a company rep called to ask if everything went well with the install and I told him we were extremely happy.
